This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334513. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor shall provide a turnkey hazard monitoring and temperature control solution including all parts and labor to install a Rolfes@Boone BTX system at the grain elevator facility. Work includes testing bearing sensors and cables at multiple locations (Leg #1, Leg #2, Top Fan, Receiving Belt, Pilot Belt, Thirty Inch Belt, North Fan, South Fan) and replacing broken or obsolete sensors; installing a BTX Smart Monitor with HMI touchscreen, BTX Mobile App, and web portal for 24/7 remote monitoring and real-time SMS/email alerts; configuring wired or wireless communication protocols; providing onsite training for operators; and ensuring the system monitors bearing temperatures, motion, and speed of each leg with built-in alarms. The contractor must also deliver and install equipment at 1515 College Ave, Manhattan, KS 66502, and complete all work within 90 days of award.
