DNSS NSSR WDC Lodging AY7-29

The contractor shall provide lodging and meeting space for the USAWC NSSR class trip in the Washington D.C. area in December of 2026, 2027 and 2028. Services include providing single rooms, double rooms, a suite for the Commandant, an Operations Center, a baggage area, and van parking. The hotel must be within a 4-mile radius of the White House and within one quarter mile walking distance to a Metro station, have a 3-STAR or better Mobil Travel Guide rating, and accommodate all guest rooms within the same property. The Operations Center must be set up by noon on Day 1 and include specific furnishings and equipment. The baggage area must be a minimum of 1,900 square feet and capable of holding at least 450 pieces of luggage. The contract includes a base year (AY27) with primary dates of 15-18 December 2026 and an alternate date of 8-11 December 2026, plus two one-year options.
