This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number FA3099-26-Q-0020 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification System code 238330 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.

The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offeror responsible whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered per the Statement of Work (SOW). All quotes must be in accordance with the statement of work, and the award will be based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable.Ensure all of the following items are addressed in your quotation:1) Carpet Company you will be going with, style, and price of carpet, adhesive material and labor.2) Description of CLIN and Price per Attachment 3; ensure attached pricing sheet is filled out completely.3) Any applicable prompt payment discounts terms4) Length of time quote is valid (Quote shall be valid until 30 Sept 26)5) Contact information for individual authorized to provide pricing information6) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code for System for Award Management (SAM).Although this RFQ package contains all necessary items so that Quotes can be submitted, an optional site visit will be made available for August 19, 2026 at 11:00AM (CST).Any offeror that is interested in attending the optional site visit must submit notice of intent and all required information (EAL) for the site visit by 9:00AM (CST) on August 12, 2026.An email will be sent with the official date of the site visit, if and only, we received above information. If a site visit is held, all questions must be submitted two days after the site visit.
