The Embassy of the United States of America Madrid, Spain will be purchasing one passenger van as per attached RFQ. This van will be part of the Embassy's fleet and will be registered with diplomatic plates, and is therefore tax-exempt. Offerors must meet or exceed the following specifications and requirements:

The contractor must supply and deliver a passenger van meeting specified requirements including hybrid standard all-wheel-drive, 8 seats, six to eight-speed automatic transmission, minimum 200 horsepower, minimum 50-liter fuel capacity, rear and front LED headlights, parking assistance, rear camera, hands-free audio, airbags, traction control, climate control, sliding doors on both sides, silver color, and privacy glass. Full destination services (shipping, customs clearance, temporary warehousing, local delivery, loading/offloading, installation, and in drive away condition at final destination) must be included. The vehicle must be delivered to U.S. Embassy Madrid, Serrano, 75, 28006 Madrid, Spain within 180 calendar days after contract award.
