Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide sports officials and scorekeepers as defined in the PWS.
The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) not a contract. Contractors should note that this only an Agreement to provide the requested services and does not obligate the Government to any extent. A BPA will allow authorized Government Purchase Card users to call when there is a need for services outlined in the BPA. A BPA allows the customer flexibility that a fixed contract does not. Additional information regarding use of the BPA will be provided to the contractor upon award.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide sports officials and scorekeepers for intramural sports leagues including volleyball, basketball, softball, soccer, and flag football. A minimum of 350 games per season will be held at various Patrick SFB, FL properties. The contractor must supply qualified officials and scorekeepers, ensure certifications are current, and coordinate with the Fitness and Sports Manager. The contractor provides uniforms, whistles, rule books, and equipment; the government supplies nets, score clocks, and field preparation. Games are conducted Monday–Thursday, 1700–2100.
