The work includes providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform provide preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, repairs, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform services for Fire Suppression Systems.
The required North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561621, Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $25M and will be verified. This procurement will be for a Total Small Business. The most recent applicable Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination will apply. The contractor will provide preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, repairs, incidental engineering, and other necessary services for Fire Suppression Systems at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station-New River, NC and surrounding areas. The contract is a combination Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Non-recurring Indefinity Delivery/Indefinity Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a base period of one year plus four twelve-month option years, for a total term of up to 60 months. The Government intends to use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedures.
