The work includes providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform provide preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, repairs, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform services for Fire Suppression Systems.

The contractor will provide preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, repairs, incidental engineering, and other necessary services for Fire Suppression Systems at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station-New River, NC and surrounding areas. The contract is a combination Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Non-recurring Indefinity Delivery/Indefinity Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a base period of one year plus four twelve-month option years, for a total term of up to 60 months. The Government intends to use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedures.
