The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to replace the existing residential central A/C unit, including the outdoor condensing unit and indoor evaporator coil (matched system). Work includes site preparation, safe removal of existing refrigerant and equipment, installation of new high-efficiency (SEER 15+) condenser unit and evaporator coil, new condensate pump, replacement of refrigerant lines, new disconnect box/whip, upgrading condensate drain line, pressure testing, evacuation, charging with new refrigerant, and system performance testing. The contractor must also provide pre-functional testing, start-up and functional testing, an operation and maintenance manual, and onsite training to park facility maintenance staff.
