received which fail to provide all of the data required by the SAR brochure
will not be considered for award under this solicitation. Please note, if
evaluation of a source approval request submitted hereunder cannot be processed
in time and/or approval requirements preclude the ability to obtain subject
items in time to meet Government requirements, award of requirement may be
continued based on Fleet support needs.
The contractor must repair the CABLE AND REEL ASSY to meet operational and functional requirements as represented by Cage Code 60225 Ref. No. 8013910-4. Repair work shall be performed in accordance with the contractor's repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals and directives. The contractual delivery requirement is measured from asset Return to the date of asset acceptance, with a required RTAT of 90 days after receipt of asset. The contractor must comply with configuration management, packaging and marking per MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129, and must report via the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Repairables Portal. The contract covers induction for a one-year period from the date of the order.
