This is a solicitation for the provision of Catholic Music Director services on Maxwell AFB. Contractor will be responsible for directing choir members at weekly rehearsals and weekly performances for the Masses and for any special services/activities, IAW the attached Statement of Work. Details regarding instructions to offerors and basis for award are included in the attached Request for Quote.
The Catholic Music Director will direct 52 choir rehearsals, 104 performances for Saturday and Sunday Catholic Masses, potentially 26 special services and four funerals per year at Chapel 1, Maxwell AFB AL. Duties include solo vocal performances, setting up and securing the chapel, operating the sound system, selecting music, recruiting and training choir members, and providing a monthly written report to the Pastoral Council.
