The Design-Build Team (DBT) shall provide complete integrated design and construction services to recapitalize and modernize the waterfront infrastructure supporting the USCGC STORIS homeported in Juneau, Alaska. The project includes demolition of existing marine structures, construction of a new fixed wharf and a heavy-duty floating pier (minimum 560' x 80'), installation of on-site and off-site utility systems (including a 6,400 AMP electrical service increase), site civil improvements, and optional CLINs for onsite building renovations and a covered small boat mooring facility. The DBT is responsible for all design, engineering, permitting, environmental compliance, and construction to deliver a fully operational, resilient, and code-compliant facility.
