Provide and install VTC Equipment IAW Att. 1 - PWS
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the install of S-VTC Wall and Desktop mounted equipment, to include verification testing. The work includes supplying and installing new Secure (Top Secret/Secret) capable Video Teleconference (S-VTC) wall and/or desktop mounted packages, meeting all TEMPEST and secure Internet rules and regulations to include both TSG and TEMPEST standards. The contractor must ensure physical-layer separation, secure optical path integrity, positive disconnect functionality inspections, red/black signal separation, fiber optic termination, cable separation, power filtering, and fiber cleaning. All wireless/transmitting components (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antennas/chips) must be disabled or physically removed from S-VTC equipment. For desktop VTCs, the contractor must use shielded twisted pair Cat6/6A cabling with metal bonded RJ-45 connectors.
