The RFP will provide for a term of thirty (30) years.
There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 12:00 P.M.. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting.

There will be a site visit at the proposed concession site on Thursday, October 22nd, at 12:00 P.M. We will meet in front of Icahn Stadium (Block #1819 & Lot #203), which is located at 10 Central Road, New York, NY 10035, and walk to the site.
All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Tuesday, December 8, 2026 at 3:00 P.M.
