This Request for Proposal (RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York Citys online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. The CM Consultant shall oversee the replacement of RBCs and all associated equipment (covers, shaft, media, frame, drive assemblies); repair of tanks and walkways; replacement of influent and effluent weirs; replacement of diffusers; replacement of baffle walls with fiberglass-reinforced plastic; provision of tank epoxy coating; replacement of air valves, pressure gages, and expansion joints; replacement of tank drain valves; replacement of power supply wiring and control panels; replacement of area electrical receptacles; provision of instrumentation for shaft weight and rotation monitoring; reconnection of existing SCADA points; provision of lighting at Grahamsville; increase in size of RBC tank penetration and piping at Grahamsville; jet-cleaning of floor drains at Margaretville; improvement of influent channel at Pine Hill to eliminate need for aeration; and replacement of influent flow isolation valves at Pine Hill.
