THIS REQUIREMENT IS A TOTAL SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS
The Weapons and Energetics Department of Naval Air Weapons Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake intends to procure a High Temperature, Controlled Atmosphere Furnace Suite in support of current and future capability for metal and ceramic-based composite materials research, development, testing, processing, and production. The furnaces will heat treat metal and ceramic composite test articles and small- to mid-scale proof of concept parts. The Composites Lab routinely prototypes parts of different composite materials and requires high temperature, controlled atmosphere furnaces within its laboratory workflow.
All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5141 and shall be submitted by email to both the procuring contracting officer and contract specialist listed within this notice.
