The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide answers to questions received from industry. No other changes were made.
The Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Program Office requires Subject Matter Expertise for CTIP professional training development and to provide support at the program and policy level services that align and comply with NSPD-22, NDAA, and DoWI 2200.01 to meet the CTIP Program Office’s daily mission requirements and strategic future.

Award will be made to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer, at a price that the Government has determined to be fair and reasonable. Technical acceptability will be based on an Offeror's ability to meet the requirements of the PWS and delivery schedule. The Technical Acceptability Standards are outlined below:

Please provide a complete quote including: Company Information/POC, CAGE Code, DUNS numbers, Tax Identification (TIN), and Business size. Please insure your company is currently registered in SAM.gov. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed nonresponsive and will not be evaluated.

The contractor shall provide experienced Subject Matter Expertise to develop, update, and maintain professional training modules and related resource materials for the CTIP program office, including general awareness training, investigative professionals training, acquisition personnel training, and various toolkits. The contractor shall also provide training updates, instructional design, learning strategy, training support materials, research, draft materials, and administrative support. The contractor must utilize extensive survivor network contacts for content creation and review, attend quarterly CTIP Task Force meetings, and provide technical analysis and draft background materials for high-level meetings. The contractor shall also provide deliverables such as post-award conference participation, training updates, communication plans, and status reports.
