The kit must equip and moulage up to 40 casualties simultaneously, utilize Hollywood-style special effects and human-worn wearable wounds, allow real-world medical procedures, enable instructors to rapidly alter patient profiles, be deployable on live actors or low-fidelity manikins, be fully reusable with user-repairable components, and replicate life-threatening bleeding scenarios.
