ATR-FTIR Spectrophotometer

The Contractor shall furnish, deliver, install, calibrate, and place into full operational service one Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrophotometer configured explicitly for Multiple Attenuated Internal Reflectance (MAIR-IR) spectroscopy through a multi-reflection Attenuated Total Reflectance (ATR) accessory. The system shall include all required hardware, software, accessories, documentation, and licenses required for complete operation. Installation, factory calibration, warranty coverage, and on-site user training shall be included. The instrument must include a multi-reflection germanium ATR prism, three removable and interchangeable germanium MAIR-IR ATR prisms, and a pressure clamp mechanism. The Contractor shall deliver and install the system at the GV Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center, Research Service, perform full system calibration and operational verification, provide on-site training for VA research staff, and ensure the system is fully operational before final acceptance.
