Fairbanks Alaska CBOC Security Guard

The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, and supplies to provide security services at the Fairbanks CBOC, 2555 Phillips Field Road, Fairbanks, AK 99709. One security guard shall be stationed at, patrol, and survey the area surrounding the CBOC, including the exterior leased property and parking lot, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, for 45 hours per week excluding federal holidays. The guard must perform internal and external foot patrols, respond to calls, assist with alarms, and maintain a daily operation log. The contractor must also provide a supervisor, develop a Security Guard Standard Operating Procedure, and submit a Quality Control Plan.
