Information Resource Center (IRC) Support Services at Rock Island Arsenal - Amendment 0001

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform inquiry management services. Services include managing telephone, email, and web inquiries; entering and managing inquiry data in the IRC-IS (Ticket Tracker); reporting quality control data and training status; and adhering to all security, training, and operational requirements. The contractor will handle CPE CBRND Tier One and Tier Two inquiries, which involve answering calls, responding to emails, researching, and providing responses to customers. The place of performance is primarily at government facilities at Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois, with possible alternate work sites with government approval.
