The contractor must perform a pre-removal assessment, establish and maintain an ICRA Level IV compliant work area, disassemble the GE INNOVA 4100-IQ imaging systems and peripheral subcomponents, remove all disassembled components from the Radiology room and transport them out of the facility, dispose of all removed components in accordance with applicable regulations, remove all anchoring bolts and restore the floor to a flush condition, and clean up all trash and debris. The contractor may be directed to either remove or retain the ceiling-mounted monitor arm and monitor. Deliverables include ICRA setup confirmation, a detailed field service report, and disposal documentation if requested.
