Shaw AFB B1130 AFCENT A2 and STO Vindicator Intrustion Detection System (IDS) Upgrade. Contractor shall procure and install DoD approved IDS equipment that complies with ICD 705, IDS GEN ADMIN, and the CMD. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, training, installation, operations, supervision, logistics support and other items as defined in this SOW. Contractor shall provide employees certified on Honeywell VINDICATOR and qualified to perform electrical and electronic troubleshooting, repair, testing, diagnostics, and programming into the current Honeywell VINDICATOR system at Bldg. 1130 AFCENT/A2. All work will be IAW attached Statement of Work (SOW)
Site Visit: 14 July 2026, at 4:00 PM EST location B1130 parking lot.

The contractor shall replace the current IDS, ACS, and Badge Manager systems in Bldg. 1130 AFCENT A2 and STO areas. Work includes replacing AE-V3 IDS and ACS panels with upgraded devices running Windows 10/VR 22 firmware, upgrading the V5 panel firmware, upgrading all sensors/keypads/duress buttons to the newest approved devices with tamper programming, replacing all network/IDS cabling in conduit, integrating the system into the base headend that communicates with the BDOC and Alt BDOC, and installing specified equipment such as electric strikes, alarm contacts, credential readers, motion sensors, CCTV cameras, and associated enclosures and batteries. The contractor must also provide training and ensure all work complies with ICD 705, IDS GEN ADMIN, and the CMD.
