Alaska VAHCS Police Psychological Testing and Evaluation

The contractor shall provide all labor and resources necessary to conduct psychological evaluations that support employment-related medical determinations, including fitness for duty, workplace accommodations, duty status changes, performance or conduct concerns, and workers' compensation cases. Services shall be performed at a contractor-provided offsite location within the Anchorage, Alaska metropolitan area. The contractor must schedule appointments within two weeks of requests, fax completed examination reports within five business days, and maintain records compliant with HIPAA and the Privacy Act. All psychologists must be Board certified or Board eligible, hold current unrestricted licenses, and possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
