This is a contract opportunity for the purchase and installation of upgraded tables and seating for the Mississippi Air National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center (MS CRTC) Dining Facility (DFAC) in Gulfport, MS. The requirement is for specific quantities of durable, commercial-grade furniture, including 172 chairs, 62 tables, and 24 booths. All delivery and installation must be completed within a fourteen-day window, with a project completion deadline of December 31, 2026. The selected contractor will also be required to provide a minimum one-year warranty covering materials, workmanship, and installation labor.

Attachement "W50S7K26QA004 DFAC Tables and Seating Combo" contains instructions to offerors and must be completed and returned to the POCs in order for the quote to be considered.
The contractor must furnish and install 43 square tables, 17 rectangle tables, 2 corner booth tables, 2 corner booths, 12 double-sided booths, 10 single-sided booths, and 172 chairs, all commercial-grade and durable. All delivery and installation must be completed within fourteen consecutive calendar days, with a project completion deadline of December 31, 2026. The contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty covering materials, workmanship, and installation labor. The work includes unboxing, assembly, spatial layout, physical installation, and initial clean-up of the furniture inside the dining facility. The contractor is responsible for waste disposal and must leave the site broom-clean daily.
