The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00209 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by July 29, 2026. In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.

The contractor shall provide 1 ISED Elite ESR analyzer (product # 112-00222) to Chinle Laboratory on an instrument placement agreement. Chinle will purchase consumables, Quality Control and any necessary testing supplies to run the analyzer from the contractor. The analyzer is currently installed and operational. The contractor will ship/deliver supplies on an as-needed basis and required service requests will be acted upon according to their service agreement terms. The period of performance is a 12-month base period plus two 12-month option periods.
