The contractor shall remove manure and wind-blown material from pens, alleyways, beneath fencelines and feeders, perimeter roads, and within an 8' radius of all fencelines, scraping down to mineral soil, and haul the material to a designated site on the east side of the facility. The contractor must furnish all personnel, materials, and equipment, including a laborer for tight quarters, and coordinate with the Facility Manager to ensure pens are empty before cleaning. The contractor is responsible for damage to government-owned corrals, plumbing, feeders, and equipment, and must clean the entire facility within the performance period of 11/15/2026 to 01/16/2027.
