Procurement for a biological safety cabinet and laminar flow hood to ensure safe and compliant pharmacy compounding operations. Installation required. This procurement is for NEW Equipment ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All, warranty and service associated with the equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. All Equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The quote MUST include a copy of the authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer to verify that the vendor is an authorized distributor of the products being quoted; failure to provide evidence of this may result in your proposal not being further considered.
The contractor must supply and deliver a biological safety cabinet and laminar flow hood, including specified accessories such as IV bars, base stands, exhaust canopies, and silicone connection sleeves, to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. The scope includes in-laboratory delivery, installation, and setup of the equipment, including final connections for biosafety cabinets with exhaust systems. The equipment must be new, OEM-authorized, and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Delivery is required within 45 days after receipt of order.
