Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received in response to the solicitation. The offer due date is extended from 8/7 through 8/12 @ 1600 (MT) to provide additional time for quoters. There are no other changes.

Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0117 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for one (1) new skid steer-mounted disc-saw feller buncher attachment for the Black Hills National Forest, Hell Canyon Ranger District.
This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 333120. The small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. This acquisition is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

The contractor shall furnish one new skid steer-mounted, disc-saw feller buncher attachment meeting salient characteristics including a universal quick-attach mounting plate, cutting capacity up to 18 inches DBH, minimum 48-inch abrasion-resistant steel cutting disc, minimum 16 replaceable cutting teeth plus 6 spare, minimum 34-inch throat opening, electric-over-hydraulic control system compatible with the Government's 2015 Case SR220 skid steer (hydraulic flow 24-38 GPM, max 4,000 PSI), and must include all hoses, electrical wiring, and installation hardware. Delivery is to Hell Canyon Ranger District, Newcastle, WY within 60 calendar days of award.
