Restoration & Remediation Emergency Flood Response Services

The Contractor shall provide Emergency Flood Response Services including initial on-site assessment within 4 hours of request, mobilizing personnel/equipment/materials, pumping standing water, extracting water from carpets and porous materials, removing unsalvageable building materials/components/systems/contents, drying salvageable materials/components/systems/contents, and cleaning/disinfecting water-impacted interior building structures/components/systems/contents. Services are required at multiple VISN 1 facilities in CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, and VT. The Contractor must be IICRC certified and capable of responding to floods impacting up to 200,000 square feet in any one incident.
