Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia, is seeking to purchase a brand name OEM item with a quantity of 40. The contractor must supply 40 each of FLEXAUST P/N R-3 flexible hose, PVC, uncoated-wire-reinforced, smooth bore, convoluted cover, blue color, 14 inch diameter, 25 feet per coil, with specific technical specifications including working pressure, vacuum rating, temperature range, and UL 94V-O flame retardant certification. No substitutions are allowed. The contractor must complete and submit Attachment 1 Technical Capability Statement and the RFQ, both signed and dated. Delivery is FOB Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Building 276, Portsmouth, VA, with a period of performance from 15 September 2026 to 13 October 2026.
