The contractor shall perform the required specified tasks and all implied tasks required by the Statement of Work. Please see the attachments to this announcement for the solicitation and supporting documents.
Questions are due to the contracting officer and contract specialist by August 14, 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered prior to the closing of this solicitation.

The contractor shall repair the backflow prevention assembly on meter #251022372 located at 1020 North Access Road, San Francisco, CA. The existing assembly is failing and must be replaced with a new lead-free RP type backflow assembly. Work includes isolating the water service, replacing the existing 8" Watts 909 RPDA with an 8" Wilkins 475ST, obtaining permits from SFO San Francisco Airport Building Inspection & Code Enforcement, installing pipe and supports per Uniform Plumbing Code, testing and certifying the assembly, and submitting permits and final inspections. Completion must be within 60 days after award.
