Tasks include: Task 1 – Research and summarize depletions and potential water operations for the Shadow Mountain Village Work Center and Green Ridge Complex wells; Task 2 – Review water rights and diversion records to determine potentially injured parties; Task 3 – Determine potential sources for augmentation and describe costs; Task 4 – Prepare an engineering report covering both systems; Task 5 – Draft the court application and answer questions from DOJ, OGC, and USFS.
