BATTERY PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (BPM), MHE PREVENTATIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR DLA DISTRIBUTION NORFOLK, VA (DDNV)

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, repair parts, oil, grease, fuel filters, air filters, hoses, seal kits and all other associated hardware to perform timely and effective preventative and corrective maintenance services IAW the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals. The Contractor will be required to perform work orders using the Defense Property Accountability System (ELMS). The Contractor shall manage all maintenance and repair actions of Government Equipment in ELMS throughout the entire contract performance. The Contractor shall perform Battery Preventative Maintenance (BPM) at DDNV, including inspection and service of equipment batteries (12v, 24v, 36v, 48v and 72v). The Contractor shall also perform corrective maintenance, including analyzing malfunctions, dismantling and reassembling equipment, examining parts for damage, and rebuilding and maintaining power equipment such as forklifts and stock selectors.
