The contractor must supply RRR300 Niobium sheets, rods, and discs, as well as Nb55Ti rods and disks, in specified dimensions and quantities, conforming to technical specification ED0371037 Rev E. The material must meet chemical composition per ASTM B393 Type 5, have a Residual Resistivity Ratio (RRR) greater than 300, and pass mechanical, microstructural, and visual inspections. The contractor must provide a Quality Assurance plan, perform required testing, and deliver documentation prior to shipment.
