The contractor shall remove and replace Cleat number 16:J at the waterfront of Coast Guard Base Alameda, provide preservation coating to match existing, and perform site cleanup and restoration. The work includes project management, obtaining permits, and coordinating with the USCG COR. All work must comply with applicable codes and USCG standards. The replacement cleat shall be a 24-inch, 15-ton capacity cleat with powder coat protective coating matching existing.
