Proposal will be considered incomplete if any of the requested information, listed below, is not provided.

Verify the country of origin.
Are these shipping domestically? If shipping internationally, please confirm ship from location and HTS code.
Will you accept Pre-Pay and Add Shipping Charges to Invoice (FOB Destination for Domestic or DAP Destination for International)?
If any tariff charges will be applied to this order, the charge must be included in the unit price on the quote. We are unable to accept a tariff charge as a separate line item, as the Department of Energy considers this an unallowable cost.

Are there any available discounts for DOE or does this order fall under GSA contract pricing (if yes, please include contract # and expiration date).
**Country of Origin should be consistent with the definition stated in FAR 52.225-I for Buy American-Supplies, in which "the cost of its components mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States exceeds 60 percent of the cost of all its components, except that the percentage will be 65 percent for items delivered in calendar years 2024 through 2028 and 75 percent for items delivered starting in calendar year 2029. Components of foreign origin of the same class or kind as those that the agency determines are not mined, produced, or manufactured in sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities of a satisfactory quality are treated as domestic. The bidder is asked to furnish a quotation to supply materials and/or services as described on page two of the RFQ. The items include one ANPx311/HL/RES/LT linear x-nanopositioner (non-magnetic, titanium, for low temperature conditions), two ANPx311/RES/LT linear x-nanopositioners (non-magnetic, titanium, for low temperature conditions), one AMC300/Rack/3/RES attocube motion controller (19" rack-version for closed loop control of up to three attocube AN* series positioners), and one Nanopositioner Toolbox PEEK with ANB200 (additional accessories for vacuum and cryogenic conditions). The bidder must also review and accept applicable documentation, complete and return the Representations and Certifications, and provide a published price list.
