The Contractor shall provide a Professional Formation Skydiving (FS) Instructor to support the U.S. Air Force Parachute Team (Wings of Blue) Competition Formation Skydiving Teams. Services include advanced instruction, coaching, vertical wind tunnel coaching, structured post-jump video debriefs, dive engineering, sequencing strategy, and competition support. The Contractor shall develop an annual training plan, provide real-time freefall coaching, wind tunnel coaching, post-jump video debriefs, competition support, and remote coaching support. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
