The contractor must deliver one Human Kinase LentiArray CRISPR Library, catalog number A42234, which targets 822 genes with up to 4 gRNA per gene target (pooled in a single well) for a total of 3,288 gRNAs. The library is delivered as 100 μL of ready-to-use lentiviral particles per gene target with an average titer of 1x10^8 TU/mL in 2 plates at 50 μL per plate, promoter U6. Delivery is to NIH/NCATS, 9808 Medical Center Drive, Rockville, MD 20850, shipped on dry ice, with a period of performance from September 15, 2026 to October 30, 2026.
