**The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt has a requirement for painting maintenance and repairs on existing historic and modern buildings located on the Consulate compound, three government-owned private residences, and at the American Consulate General housing area, in Frankfurt, Germany as per solicitation attached. **
Section J will be made available separately through FAN.gov. Interested parties must explicitly request access by email to the Contract Specialist at Jacobsenw@state.gov. The explicit access request must contain:
• Company’s Name and Physical Address
• Name of Requestor
• Name(s) and email address(es) of the company’s representative(s) to whom access should be
granted
No access will be granted to Section J to requestors submitting access requests as the quotations due date approaches or after the RFQ closes. Quoters are strongly encouraged to request access as early as practicable. Any delay by a quoter to request access to the Section J shall not constitute a basis for extending any solicitation deadline. All dates and times established in this solicitation remain firm unless changed by formal amendment issued by the Contracting Officer.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and services for exterior painting and façade repair, including power washing, cement stucco repair, resin plaster repair, surface preparation, EIFS system replacement, exterior painting (prime coat, base coat, finish coat), miscellaneous metals painting, joint sealant replacement, and scaffolding. Work is performed at the U.S. Consulate General Compound (Giessener Str 30, Frankfurt), the Consulate General's Residence (Zeppelin Allee 107), the Deputy Principal Officer's Residence (AM Leonardsbrunn 18), Frauenlob 9 Residence, and the Carl Schurz Siedlung Housing Campus (32 apartment buildings, Field House, and Becher 19 mixed use building). The contract is an IDIQ with task orders issued by the Contracting Officer.
