LMDT MEMBRANE FILTERS
The contractor must design, fabricate, store, and deliver a skid-mounted microfiltration or ultrafiltration membrane system with a minimum of 3 trains, capable of producing a net maximum permeate flow of 2,250 gallons per minute with all three trains in service and a net average permeate flow of 1,750 gpm with one train out of service. The work also includes a Clean-in-Place (CIP) system, control panels compatible with the future Water Treatment Plant Control System, storage of equipment until delivery, delivery to the project location, field startup and testing services, participation in Water Treatment Plant commissioning, training, and warranty. Field installation, compressed air supply systems, controls not listed, chemical storage or feed systems, and cleaning waste neutralization and disposal systems are not included.
