SITE VISIT WILL TAKE PLACE 11 August 2026 @ 2:00 PM EST MEETING LOCATION WILL BE REAR OF BUILDING 1947, NEAR THE LOADING DOCK
Please see attached instructions and template to request base access. All base access request must be recieved by the Contract Specialist (TSgt Allan Zajac allan.zajac@us.af.mil) no later than August 6 at 1400 EST.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, permits, and equipment to remove existing carpet, cove base, and transitions; install modular carpet squares (approximately 20,000 sq ft) and vinyl cove base (approximately 2,500 linear feet); disassemble, remove, and reassemble existing furniture; prepare floor surfaces; and haul away and dispose of removed materials. Carpet and adhesive must be purchased from one of seven predetermined government sources. The contractor shall provide at least a five-year warranty against fraying, unraveling, separating, buckling, and on workmanship.
