Amendment 2 to AMSCO Small Steam Sterilizer solicitation
The contractor must furnish and deliver one AMSCO Small Steam Sterilizer (model LAB250 VAC MAN DD R1W SS CAB 480V GOVT) with a 19"W x 19"H x 36"D chamber, 480V 3-phase electric steam, pass-through door configuration, and vacuum and gravity cycles. The work includes removal of old equipment, installation, startup, calibration, user training, and quarterly preventive maintenance with parts and labor warranty. Delivery is FOB destination to Fort Sam Houston, TX, on or before 15 September 2026.
