Fort Drum has a requirement for the Aviation Brigade for SWET (Shallow water egress training). The training will be conducted between 21 September 2026 to 2 October. No training will be conducted on weekends. Training is for approximately 300 personnel. Fill out 1449, return by instructions on the solicitation. Training will be conducted on Fort Drum.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Survival and Egress Training Services – Mobile Training Team, as defined in the PWS. Training shall address hazards to aircraft and personnel during overwater operations, safety and survival equipment utilization, pre-ditching considerations, emergency ditching and underwater egress, and use of the Shallow Water Egress Trainer (SWET) and Helicopter Emergency Egress Device System (HEEDS).
